There are not too many bad times to have a massage, but there are some instances when massage is particularly useful:
- Post injury
- In heavy periods of training, weekly, fortnightly or monthly
- Before, after and between competitions
- After travelling
- If you drive a lot
- If you work at a desk for more than 20 hours per week
- If you need to relax
So if you fall into any of these categories (which I am sure many of you do) then give us a call and book in. I guarantee you will feel better physically and mentally afterwards.
You do not have to be a sportsman to have a sports massage. Regular massage can benefit all, and in the world we live in, where many of us are stuck behind a computer all day, we become stiff.
A deep tissue massage can help to really get into the muscles and get them nice and loose like they were before years of being stuck behind a desk. You will notice a massive difference in just a session or two. Your body will thank you for it.
About the treatment
Deep tissue massage is a whole body treatment, 80 to 90 minutes from head to toe.
