Reviews

What clients say

I've been having massage with Richard for a number of years and would recommend him to anyone who trains regularly and has sports injuries. He works his magic every time.
PPam
I find Richard's massage great value for money and a nice deep massage. I've been coming to Richard for 10 years and am still fit and supple. It has helped me to still play rugby at the age of 52.
LLeighton
I came to Richard firstly when I pulled my hamstring playing football. I've continued to have treatment with him regularly over the past few years and have had no injury problems.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What is deep tissue sports massage?

Deep tissue sports massage uses slower, firmer pressure to work into the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Many clients find it helps ease tightness and stiffness after sport or daily strain.

Does deep tissue massage hurt?

You should feel firm pressure, and some discomfort is normal on the tightest areas, but it should never be truly painful. Richard judges exactly how much depth your body can work with and adjusts throughout the session.

Who is this suitable for?

Nearly everyone. We work with professional athletes, children, older adults and people who sit for long hours. Every session is adapted to your needs, your history and how your body responds on the day.

What should I wear?

Wear whatever is comfortable. You remain covered throughout and only the area being worked on is exposed, so many people simply wear shorts and a t-shirt.

How do I book a session?

Book through the form below or call 07971 742797. If the call is not answered, please leave a message, therapists are often mid session and will call you back.

Which areas do you cover?

We currently serve Swansea, Neath and Llanelli, with more areas coming as the team grows. We are open Monday to Saturday from 8am to 8pm and closed on Sundays.
